Voltron Original Series Soundtrack

Every once in a blue moon, a designer gets the opportunity to work on projects that connect on a personal level. I LOVE cartoons, and Voltron was top of the list for many years. It was only later in my life that I learned that the Legendary Defender of the Universe was actually a home-grown hero from right here in St. Louis! This CD was a fun bit of work that was part of a larger push to establish Voltron as a modern character, as well as to engage with nostalgic fans such as myself. Luckily, I was able to dig through old cel animation stills as well create some of my own illustration, all while having the chance to learn a little about the history of Voltron. And believe it or not, the contents of this CD still get pretty regular rotation in my driving playlist.
